The Challenge

• The motor must withstand constant high torque and extreme vibration
• Must withstand heat, cold, rain and other weather conditions
• Must be able to survive rough handling on the job site

The Solution

• A universal motor motor parts set
• Steel core commutator used to prevent motor failure due to high amp draw
• A special knurled shaft was incorporated in the design
• A one meter drop test was used to prove the design
