Customer Service Representative
Groschopp is seeking to add a Customer Service Representative to our current sales team to help coordinate sales and production efforts. The successful candidate will interact with customers, distributors and Groschopp production personnel and must possess above average verbal and written communication skills. Our Customer Service Representative must also be well organized and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. This position requires follow-up communication on phone, website and through mailings.
Engineering Lab Supervisor
This individual will be responsible for overseeing the testing and evaluation of motor designs for existing and potential customers. Responsibilities would include coordinating lab projects, recommending test equipment, performing long term testing and overseeing personnel within the lab. Qualified candidates will have leadership qualities along with electrical and mechanical ineptitude. A two-year technical degree in a related engineering field or equivalent experience is required.
Quality Assurance Technician (2nd Shift)
This individual will be able to interpret prints. specifications, recognize critical and non-critical features and evaluate non-conformities. Responsibilities also include understanding and adhering to document gauging and measuring methodology. Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are additional attributes desired. Previous experience in a quality assurance environment is preferred. Groschopp’s 2nd shift hours are Monday–Friday 3:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
These are light assembly positions which require no previous training, just the desire to learn. We are looking for individuals who are dependable and self motivated with a strong regard for quality and attention to detail. Production openings are available on our first shift which is Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
This individual will be responsible for retrieving and delivering inventory to fulfill manufacturing and non-manufacturing department material requests. Will also receive material in from vendors and ship inventory to customers and vendors. High attention to detail and accuracy is required to complete transactions accurately and timely.
