Earlier this fall, Groschopp took the steps to achieve certification to the newest edition of quality standardization, ISO 9001:2015. According to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), “ISO 9001 is a standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system. It helps businesses and organizations to operate more efficiently and improve customer satisfaction.” Groschopp has taken the steps to achieve certification to the newest edition of standardization, ISO 9001:2015.

The biggest changes with this revised standard include an updated structure, a greater emphasis on risk-based thinking, and an increased focus on providing value for the company and its customers. The way business is done is evolving and customer expectations are constantly increasing. Groschopp is continually making efforts to improve their company’s organization and management to increase efficiency and operation within the business.
