24V PMDC Motor with Right Angle Worm Gearbox for Car Wash System
- Industry: Commercial Vehicle Wash Equipment
- Challenge: Required a compact right-angle gearbox to fit tight space constraints on a swinging boom arm, with complete protection against mist and water streams. The motor also needed to fit a custom shaft and meet NEMA frame output requirements.
- Solution: 24V PMDC motor with a right-angle worm gearbox and hollow bore design for direct connection to the custom boom arm shaft. It features a NEMA frame right-angle reducer with a custom IEC flange and IP66-rated sealing.

PMDC Motor Components Kit and Universal Motor Parts for Industrial Floor Scrubber
- Industry: Commercial Floor Scrubber Equipment
- Challenge: The manufacturer experienced repeated motor shaft failures, later traced to inefficient controls supplying “dirty” DC power. They needed a high-torque motor in a compact package, with protection against water, detergent, and harsh chemicals.
